REFUND POLICY: • Purchased credits remain valid for the period specified on the website from the date of purchase. • Refunds are provided only if purchased credits could not be delivered due to a verified technical issue. • Failed payment transactions will be processed in coordination with Razorpay. • Refund requests must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: • This application generates AI-assisted and mathematically modelled building cost estimates using predefined rates and user-provided data. Users may edit and save these estimates. • After clicking "Analyze Plan", save your project with a meaningful name (e.g., "Radha House - Ground Floor"). • The generated PDF Estimate Report is for informational purposes only and is not a legally valid document for court, banking, or government purposes unless signed and certified by a qualified Engineer or other authorized professional. • Estimated construction costs apply only to the uploaded building plan and should not be considered final without professional review. • Users are solely responsible for verifying all measurements, room details, quantities, and other inputs. AI analysis may occasionally miss or misinterpret plan details, and users should review and correct the generated data before relying on the estimate. • By using this software, you acknowledge that AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and agree to use them at your own discretion.
